All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars. Payment must be received before your order is shipped.
We take great care in insuring all information regarding pricing and stock availability is correct, however, we are human and oversights may be made on occasion. If you do encounter a problem please contact us immediately via hello@bubbabumz.com.au so that we can work together to correct it. If there is an inaccuracy on our end, please know that we will contact you via email as soon as possible to organise either a refund or exchange.
Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. If you buy something that isn't right, you have consumer rights.
Products must be of acceptable quality, that is:
- safe, lasting, with no faults
- look acceptable
- do all the things someone would normally expect them to do.
Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.
You can claim a remedy directly from the manufacturer or importer if the goods do not meet one or more of the following consumer guarantees:
- acceptable quality
- matching description
- any extra promises made about such things like performance, condition and quality
You are only entitled to recover costs from a manufacturer or importer, which include an amount for reduction in the product’s value and in some cases compensation for damages or loss.
Please note though that we do not support a change of mind and BUBBA BUMZ takes no responsibility for misuse of products or damage caused by incorrect washing or drying of the nappies.
BUBBA BUMZ recommends soaking your new inserts overnight so that they reach their full absorbency and also that you wash all parts of the nappy prior to use.

Online Store
BUBBA BUMZ is not a bricks and mortar shop but an online shop only. If you live close to Hawthorn in Melbourne and would prefer to save on postage and do a local pickup, please email us to arrange a suitable time.
